Your adventure begins at Bom Sucesso, where you’ll visit the Botanical Garden, home to over 1,000 plant species, including rare orchids and towering ginger flowers.
Hike through the lush Obô Natural Park, transitioning from secondary forest to pristine primary rainforest, where you’ll encounter exotic flora like wild strawberries and the “Soap Plant.” Keep an eye out for endemic wildlife, including the White-Eye Bird, the Hummingbird Butterfly, and the Flycatcher.

Starting at Monte Café, a former colonial plantation, you’ll explore its historic architecture, including the grand manor house and old coffee warehouses.
The trail leads through lush landscapes dotted with rare orchids and endemic bird species, before a steep descent towards Roça Bombaim—once a thriving coffee and cocoa plantation, now famous for producing mangosteen, a rare tropical fruit.
Your adventure concludes with a refreshing swim in the stunning Bombaim Waterfall, the perfect way to cool off after an exhilarating hike.
